Background and objectives

Driven by the desire to offer its fans an innovative digital experience during the famous Six Nations contest, the French Rugby team turned to us as expert to develop its Facebook Messenger Chatbot.

Solutions

In order to meet the challenge, we proposed creating a Chatbot Messenger – The Reporter of “Les Bleus”. By kicking off a conversation with the keyword #PlusdeBleu, fans could enter into an automated yet personalized conversation with the French Rugby Federation, helping them to discover the latest news about players during the competition and try to win match tickets and jerseys.

Users could also send a message of support to the players and even have the chance to see their messages broadcast on screens along the edges of the stadium!
