Context

As part of a press relations operation addressed to the Journalists of the Table Arts, Lavazza France wanted to communicate about its partnership with the Michelin starred Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris, Simone Zanoni. For the 2017 Christmas holidays, Simone Zanoni has revisited a famous Italian dessert: the panettone with… Lavazza coffee.

 

Problem

How to surprise a high-demanding target? How to reach the general public on a festive product at Christmas time?

 

Insight

When we buy a premium product, we expect a premium experience. Whatever the buying channel.

 

Idea

Communicate on the product by offering a premium real-time live shopping experience: from the order to the delivery to the customer’s home, via online payment. Internet users can follow in live on the site (with the help of an interactive map) the route of their Panettone delivered by the Stuart couriers.
